In 1993, Annette and Eloy first opened the doors to their antique Store. Annette was a natural when it came to buying and selling. Perfectly paired with Eloy, who was a natural at restoration, touch-ups, and repairs. Annette and Eloy discovered they shared the same passion for antiques and collectibles. They have been collecting and sharing antiques since then, and it really has become a lifestyle for them. Over the years, Annette has become very familiar with collectible perfumes, art, oil paintings, jewelry, China, glass, and vintage clothing to name a few. Meanwhile Eloy specializes in toys, furniture, books, vintage advertising pieces, military related items, ephemera items, electronics, cameras, music, and vinyl records.
During the first few years of business, it was a regular occurrence for customers to ask for Annette and Eloy for help when it came to Estate Sales. Customers trusted in them for their experience, expertise, honesty, and great communication skills. Annette and Eloy found themselves doing Estate Sales quite often, they did their first Estate Sale in 1995 and still continue to do them today. That means they have over 25 years of experience in Estate Sales, and have conducted hundreds of Estate Sales of all sizes throughout the years. Annette and Eloy are Certified Appraisers by the CAGA- Certified Appraisers Guild of America, a professional accrediting organization providing certification for personal property appraisers. You can be confident you're getting an accurate appraisal of your items, property, or both. Annette and Eloy have a passion for finding new treasures, and a knack for helping people, as a result they make new friends along the way. They have lived in Stockton all their lives, and serviced the local area of Stockton, Lodi, and San Joaquin County when it comes to Estate Sales, Liquidation Services, and Certified Appraisals. They have an old school approach when it comes to trust and honesty, where a handshake means everything, yet they are savvy enough to handle new school approaches with internet consignment, buying and selling online.
